Media autoclave “medoClav”
"medoClav" is a small media autoclave with 7 Litre working volume, an integrated stirring-system for the sterilization of media under 1 up to 3 bars pressure. MedoClav has adjustable temperatures up to 143°C, integrated media sensor and a switchable hold temperature of 60°C for the directly and sterilely bottling of media by the Sample valve.
The stirrer of medoClav provides a homogeneous mixing and optimal sterilization of the media under predefined conditions. MedoClav can be supplemented with our tube pumps for semi-automated filling of sterile Petri dishes and culture bottles and is best suitable for:
- Sterilization of nutrient media
- Sterilization of solid substances
- Sterilization of liquids
- Sterilization of media in oil bath
