The mini bioreactors "Vario 500" and "Vario 1000" are medorex smallest bioreactors and consist of double separatable vessels of Duran material. The double vessels consist of an outer-vessel 500 or 1000 ml volumes and inside-vessels with 50 - 125 ml or 125 - 250 ml volumes. The real reaction vessel are the inside vessels. The inside vessels of the Vario bioreactors are conically. By this special form can be reduced obviously the consumption of expensive nursing media at a full function ability of the bio reactor.
